Rehome a Pet or Stray

If you have a pet to rehome (yours or a stray), we will be happy to assist. However, we cannot take the animal immediately. Because our facility is small and at maximum capacity, we require you to foster your animal while we network with rescues or prepare for adoption.

Please complete the appropriate form below for animals requiring our assistance. Someone will contact you the next business day.

Paws to Care is not a shelter and cannot take in animals without a rescue or adopter. We will however, assist you in finding a solution for your homeless or soon to be homeless pet. We can partner with you in a variety of ways, which will be discussed when you are contacted.

This application is a starting point. We will contact you to make an appointment to bring the dog to us so we can do appropriate testing and get photos. From that point, we will have the information needed to network your dog.

We cannot give you an estimated time frame as to when your dog will have a rescue or adopter, as there are too many variables. But we will do our best to help you place your dog in a safe place where he/she can live their best life.

There are many variables as to when your cat can be moved so we cannot give you an exact time frame.  But we will do our best to take in your cat as soon as we can. If your cat is already spayed or neutered, it can speed up the process.
